Trial & Billing
How does the free trial work?
During the beta period, every sign-up gets 90 days of full access — no credit card required. Every feature on every plan is available. After beta, new sign-ups will get a 30-day free trial before choosing a plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
You will be redirected to the billing page to choose a plan. Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted. You can pick up exactly where you left off as soon as you subscribe.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial is completely free with no payment information required.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the billing page at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Monthly billing only for now. Annual plans with a discount are on the roadmap.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Use the billing portal (accessible from the billing page) to switch plans at any time. Stripe handles proration automatically.
Privacy & Data
Is Inslo GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant?
Yes — by design, not by policy. We collect no personal data, use no cookies, and do no fingerprinting. PECR (UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) applies specifically to cookies and electronic tracking; since Inslo uses neither, we comply automatically. Your users are never individually identified, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing to delete on request.
What data does Inslo collect?
Only the events you send us, plus anonymous metadata: event name, timestamp, platform (iOS / Android / web), and any custom properties you attach. We never collect names, emails, IP addresses, or device identifiers.
Do you use cookies?
No. Zero first or third-party cookies. Your users will never see a cookie consent banner because of Inslo.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored and processed in the EU. Our entire infrastructure runs in Stockholm, Sweden. No data leaves the EU.
Can I export my data?
Export is on the roadmap. In the meantime, the REST API gives you programmatic access to all your event data.

What platforms does Inslo support?
React Native (iOS + Android) and web. A single account covers all your apps. More SDKs are planned.
How is Inslo different from Mixpanel or Amplitude?
Mixpanel and Amplitude build detailed profiles of individual users. Inslo is aggregate-only — we never track individuals. The result is simpler pricing, no compliance headaches, and analytics your users can actually trust.
How does data retention work?
Event data older than your plan limit is automatically purged. Starter keeps 30 days, Growth keeps 1 year, and Scale keeps 3 years. You can upgrade at any time to extend retention going forward.
How quickly does event data appear in the dashboard?
Events are typically visible within a few seconds of being sent.
Is there a rate limit on the ingest API?
The ingest API is built to handle real-time mobile and web traffic. If you expect very high volumes beyond the Scale plan limits, get in touch.
